Who is TOP Retouch?
Our project was born in Bucharest, Romania – European Union. Because we are good, serious and we have low prices, we now have developed 4 teams that work successfully in the business – Face&Body Retouch, Restoration, Cartoon Face and Correction&Effects Team.
Do you offer other services?
Yes. We also:
- Photo cropping to standard dimensions (4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 16x20 America; 9x13, 10x15, 13x18 Europe & Asia)
- Sepia tinting of any photos
- Remove or add body art, tattoos and jewelry
- Add text to photos
- Whatever photo editing is needed!
What are the steps for having a photo retouch online?

How should I scan the original photograph?
Scan it at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) RGB and save it as jpeg at high quality or tiff.
How do I send and receive files to you and from you?
If you are interested in small quantity of images, using our "Upload" page, you'll be able to easily send your digital files to us, and we will send them back to you via email. If you are interested in sending and receiving large quantity of large files, you can use a free, no registration file transfer service like SendSpace.com (1 photo at a time) or TransferBigFiles.com (up to 5 photos per batch). You do not need to give them your email address...these are free ad-supported services.
How much does it take to accomplish an order?
Usually, we complete the work within 2 to 4 business days, frequently quite a bit faster. A big project, however, may take a little longer.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. For orders with more photos there will be discount!
Some prices are given in a range, why?
The final price depends on complexity, quality and size of your image. Our designers should see your image before giving you the final price.
How can I pay and when will I receive my order?
No payment in advance! We receive online payments through PayPal service only. Through PayPal you can use any credit card that you like (Visa, MasterCard, American express, Diners, etc). After we receive your final payment, we will send you an e-mail with downloadable links of your files. PayPal accepts payments from people without an active account!
