Ordering happens via emails, approximately like this:

    1. You scan the pictures and send them to us
    2. We will email you the price quote
    3. You say “OK” and one of our team starts the work
    4. We email you a watermarked version of the completed work
    5. You accept our work and make the payment
    6. We send you the un-watermarked version of the photos

    STEP 1.You scan the pictures and send them to us
   If your pictures are already in digital format on your computer, simply send them. Otherwise, scan your original photos with the resolution of at least 300dpi (more is better – 600dpi), JPEG or TIFF format with minimum compression. For best results, it is recommended to scan pictures on professional equipment, at any digital photo lab. If you don't have acces to a scanner, we can even work with a digital photo you take of the damaged photo. Send them, with your detailed instructions, using the "Upload" page.
   Note1: If you are interested in sending and receiving large quantity of large files, you can use a free, no registration file transfer service like SendSpace.com  (1 photo at a time) or TransferBigFiles.com (up to 5 photos per batch). You do not need to give them your email address...these are free ad-supported services. Send them at contact@topretouch.com.
   Note2: Check twice the e-mail bar before sending the order. If the e-mail address is wrong we can't contact you. Thank you!

    STEP 2. We will email you the price quote

   After we receive your digital images, we will evaluate them and within 24 hours will give you a free quote. Don’t forget! Our prices are low but the quality is high!
   Note1: For orders with more photos there will be a discount!

    STEP 3. You say “OK” and one of our team starts the work

   Only after you say the quote is "OK", our team starts the work. No payment in advance!

    STEP 4. We email you a watermarked version of the completed work
   We will contact you in 2 to 4 business days or sooner, and send you a watermarked version of your digital image. You will be able to see and evaluate the changes yourself and approve the quality of our work. Most customers are fully satisfied with this first result. However, if you decide that your image needs further correction, or you choose to use additional services, tell us and we will send you another watermarked version. The correction you require are free.

    FREE! Untill this step, you don't have to pay anything!

    STEP 5. You accept our work and make the payment
   When you are satisfied with the watermarked version you make the payment via PayPal - you can use any credit card that you like (Visa, MasterCard, American express, Diners, etc).

    STEP 6. We send you the un-watermarked version of the photos
   After your payment entered our account, we will send you the un-watermarked photos.
